Join Lab Alley's finance team in Austin as a full-time Accounting Clerk, where you will utilize Google Suite tools for financial tracking and reporting.
In this role, you will handle daily financial transactions, support the accounts payable team by managing vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, assist with tax filings, identify discrepancies, and proactively ensure data quality.
This position offers the opportunity to be a key player in month-end close activities, enhancing your accounting skills in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Strong foundation in general accounting principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

- Demonstrated ability to create
- and leverage advanced spreadsheet functionalities for business use.
- Experience with Quickbooks Online is preferred
- Selfstarter and strong aptitude for learning new system
