The Emergency Service Berlin e. V.

is a non-profit addiction support provider that focuses on helping people with addiction as well as those who want to reflect on or change their consumption behavior.

We also provide information on the effects and risks of substance use.

Additionally, we offer counseling and support for individuals in a medical substitution program, assist with social reintegration, participation in community life, and the development of a meaningful daily structure.

One of our main focuses is supporting children, adolescents, and their families. Our employees always have the topic of child protection in mind.

We employ around 200 staff members at 18 locations and value a team-oriented corporate culture that includes diversity, appreciation, ecological responsibility, and social engagement.

With our concept of combining substitution and psychosocial support, we have set standards in addiction support, specifically for the target group of severely dependent patients since 1997 in a specialized outpatient setting at the Integrated Drug Assistance Clinic.
