Responsibilities * Provides 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) in support of US Navy Integrated Topside Design and Computational Electromagnetic analysis.

* Develop models that will be used for electromagnetic simulations of radio frequency propagation involving shipboard antennas. * Create or update models for structure, equipment type, and locations for US Navy ships. * Support scans of shipboard topside equipment and incorporation of scan data into the models.

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:

This position operates on a standard 8 hour schedule Monday - Friday

TRAVEL:

This position expects less than 10% of CONUS travel to the ship(s)

Qualifications CLEARANCE:

Active and current Secret clearance at the time of application

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or GED, required. CERTIFICATION(S):
N/

A REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* 3+ years of experience with performing 3D CAD parametric modeling using CAD software (Rhinoceros 3D v.7, Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, or similar system).

Experience with CAD data management processes.
Experience with Navy ship topside design standards, including antenna numbering standards.
