Description

• Scheduling service agent tasks and ensure they are executed to completion (vehicle swaps, maintenance, refueling, detailing, etc.)
• Coordinate with service partners to ensure efficient turnaround
• Controlling fleet
• Maintaining the accurate inventory
• Auditing and controlling the cleanliness of the vehicles
• Maintaining the vehicle fleet so that all cars are in "rentable condition"
• Ability to lead a team of service agents, mechanics, and fleet recovery
