V.P - Risk Management & Compliance

Position Description:

Responsibilities:

The day-to-day responsibilities would entail:

Managing all aspects of companyrelated claims, including preparing responses to legal requests, subpoenas, etc.
Attending Claim Review meetings
Managing Claim Loss Runs
Interfacing with various levels of personnel
Creating and managing claim and compliance files both electronic and hard copy
Attending claim meetings
Ensuring accurate Compliance related documentation

Qualifications:

3+ years' experience (a plus, but not required)
Highly motivated team player
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Ability to foresee needs before they arise and come up with solutions to problems quickly
Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

Salary range:
$60,000 - $75,000/year
