    Registered Nurse (RN), Bartram Inpatient Rehab Hospital

    Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital at Bartram Campus has quickly become one of the most sought after facilities to work at in the North Florida Region.

    This brand new state-of-the art 60-bed acute rehabilitation hospital will provide excellent service to patients who are recovering from injuries such as brain injury, stroke, spinal cord, neurologic, traumatic and medically complex conditions.

    Part-Time available 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

    SIGN-ON-BONUSES:
    $5,00K-Part-Time Day Shift
    $7,500- Part-Time Night Shift

    Position Summary:
    Responsible for the nursing care planning and management of patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

    Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.


    • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
    • Promotes patient's independence by establishing patient care goals; teaching patient, friends, and family to understand condition, medications, and self-care skills; Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; following hospital and nursing division's philosophies and standards of care set by state board of nursing, state nurse practice act, and other governing agency regulations.
    * calling for assistance from health care support personnel.

    • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
