    Description
    JASON NEAL is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear goals. With over a century of experience, we are pioneers in our field. As part of this role, you will dive into our procedures, catering to our existing 2,000 clients, and nurturing connections to expand our customer base. Additionally, you will lead a small group through these tasks, becoming a mentor as you strive towards the Agency Director position.
    • Service the current client roster.
    • Explore fresh business prospects (B2B).
    • Oversee team performance and outcomes.
    • Train new team members on established systems.
    • Provide daily field activity reports via our Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus on recruitment, training, and leadership development daily.
    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented aptitude.
    • Proven track record in time management and meeting deadlines.
    • Effective supervision and leadership capabilities.
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
    • Perform well in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment.
    • Passion for assisting others and fostering relationships.
    • Previous sales or customer service background.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
    • Community involvement interest.
    • Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Salesforce).
    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression.
