For our client, a specialist in catering for hospitals, rehabilitation clinics, senior and nursing homes, we are looking for a

DIRECTOR OF SALES - Catering Healthcare & Senior Living (m/w/d)

Starting immediately / Location to be determined, remote

The company is part of a large multi-service company and offers all employees, as well as customers, a wide range of gastronomic options and all the benefits of a large corporation.

Responsibilities

Leading the sales team in the healthcare sector and responsible for achieving sales goals
Developing sales strategies and plans to increase revenue
Analyzing market and customer needs and identifying new business opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers
Creating sales forecasts, sales budgets, and reports for management

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership position
Indepth knowledge and contacts in the healthcare sector (hospitals & nursing homes)
Experience in implementing sales processes and systems
Strong leadership skills and team orientation
Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
Very good English skills
