Description

Our client is a complete provider for high-quality and durable building envelopes in commercial construction. They plan, manufacture, and install aluminum-glass facades, special profile and element facades as post-and-beam constructions, as well as curtain facades made of aluminum, steel, ceramic, and fiber-modified concrete. We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER FOR FACADE CONSTRUCTION (M/F/D)

YOU ARE AN EXPERT IN:

  • Review, approval, and monitoring of work and installation planning
  • Creating, adhering to, and controlling project schedules
  • Awarding, managing, and controlling subcontractors
  • Communication with clients, architects, planners, structural engineers, and potentially suppliers
  • Coordination of installation
  • Budget control and change management
  • Coordination of invoicing

YOU CAN SCORE WITH:

  • Completed education in the field of construction/engineering/architecture or comparable fields
  • Several years of experience in project and team management in the metal construction/building industry
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, structured work approach, organizational skills, and good communication abilities
  • Willing
