For our continued growth, we are looking for you and your sense for our next generation.

What it's about

  • In collaboration with your team partner (m/f/d), you will recruit young talents nationwide
  • From the job interview to the educational qualification
  • You will be involved in all relevant organizational tasks in supporting the trainees
  • You will personally support the young professionals (m/f/d) in the training center as well as onsite in our nationwide stores in all trainingrelated questions.
  • Planning and conducting events and trainings are also part of your responsibilities
  • Developing recruitment measures is not a problem for you and you also confidently handle trade fair appearances
What you bring

  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a certified retail specialist (m/f/d) with experience in personnel
  • Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and a structured way of working characterize you
  • High enthusiasm and empathy in dealing with trainees
  • Experience in the retail sector is desirable
  • Willingness to travel for the personal support of TEDi's next generation
