Description

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the Facilities department and supervise the laborer crew.
  • Manage a diverse staff which includes a Crew Chief, Crew Laborers, and administrative assistants.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of properties owned/managed by RECAP.
  • Implement specific measures assigned by the Weatherization program.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities associated with the management of RECAP properties.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance and property management.
  • 5+ years of progressive, supervisory experience in a building maintenance, Weatherization or Energy Conservation setting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
