- Assists the Director in planning, organizing, and overseeing the activities of a Child Development Center/Family Child Care, ensuring the programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meeting customer needs.
- Assists in the administration and evaluation of ongoing programs of individual and group developmental and educational activities for staff implementation and execution.
- Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- Provides assistance in the management of funds and resources to include development of the annual NAF and APF budgets, which includes submission and prioritization of program component requirements.
- Assists the director in the administration of the USDA nutrition/food program.
