    South Huntsville, United States of America **Position: Member Services Representative**

    We are excited to welcome a new Member Services Representative to our team at Taymax Group. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

    **Responsibilities** - Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service - Handle front desk activities including answering phones, checking members in, and giving tours - Assist in signing up new members and maintaining accurate accounts - Support Club Manager with daily tasks and upkeep of the club - Complete assigned cleaning tasks and special projects **Qualifications** - Minimum age of 18 years - High School diploma or equivalent required - Previous customer service experience preferred - Basic computer skills - Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude **Requirements** - Continuous standing and walking during shifts - Effective communication skills - Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs - Exposure to cleaning chemicals may occur **Note to Applicants**
