Description
Duties/Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales managers and their clients regarding Electronic Medical Record (EMR) custodianship agreements.
  • Build and sustain relationships with EMR vendors.
  • Assist with tasks related to data management and coordination.
  • Develop and update extraction instructions for various EMR platforms.
  • Keep the EMR notes board updated with the most current information.
  • Facilitate the smooth transfer of records from a client's EMR system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management demonstrated by consistently meeting deadlines; adept at task prioritization and delegation when necessary.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the capacity to listen attentively and resolve issues effectively.
  • Analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and associated software.
  • Demonstrated experience of working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferable.
  • IT background, ideally with 35 years of experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Work must be performed onsite; telework ineligible.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
