Triumph is looking for skilled full time Lead Maintenance Technician's to work at The Saddleback Ranch Apartments in Mission Viejo, CA.

• Perform repairs.
• Strong Plumbing Experience
• Unit maintenance on Turnover.
• Preventative maintenance at the property.
• Strong communication and followup skills, both with residents and other team members.
• A working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, repair, and service and the ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action.
• A teamplayer, professional, courteous and has a "can do" attitude.
• Experience in working in an apartment community is required.
• Work well with a team, take initiative as well as ability to take direction from others.
• This position requires the ability to be oncall.

• Complete assigned work requests for services daily and within established time frame.
• Performing unit turns and unit rehabs.
• Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.
• Maintains cleanliness of property grounds and all common areas.
• Demonstrating customer services skills.
• Other assignments as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to take direction from management and complete tasks on time and in an efficient manner.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Experience in plumbing.
• Experience in electrical.
• Carpentry skills.
• Experience in painting.
• Ability to read, write and speak English as plus.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Must have a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Valid car insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
