- Conduct thorough reviews of merchant websites to verify compliance with company and card scheme regulations.
- Assist the Underwriting Team in assessing merchant applications based on acceptance policies and industry regulations.
- Perform KYB (Know Your Business) and other due diligence checks utilizing both internal and external resources.
- Aid in maintaining merchant files and conducting ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence) checks.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team and other internal departments to address inquiries and requests related to merchant onboarding and website assessments.
- Undertake additional tasks associated with merchant underwriting and onboarding procedures.
- Take on any other assignments and projects as delegated.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Ecommerce setting, preferably working with high-margin merchants.
- Basic knowledge of card scheme rules and guidelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proactive self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset, eager to acquire new skills and assume responsibilities.
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
