- Manages basic design and application work for up to five projects concurrently.
- Builds skill set to understand part set and potential risk in new/updated designs.
- Works with more senior engineers to establish a project target both through internal research and customer interaction with significant oversight of management.
- Organizes the project timeline and action items with help from senior engineer to include a cross-functional design, test, NPI, quality, and manufacturing team.
- Oversee fabrication of prototypes, evaluate product fitment and support vehicle calibration.
- Conducts design and testing, which may include field testing and operation of vehicles.
- Helps to create and maintain 3d models, 2d drawings, BOM's and ECN documentation.
- Tracks the project to the target and reports to senior engineering staff/management at key milestones.

Position Summary:
Work with more experienced staff to design, develop, and document for the release of new products to manufacturing. Interfaces with cross-functional teams, directly interacting with the customer in order to analyze a market opportunity, create project goals, and accomplish those objectives. Responsible for both customer satisfaction and the financial performance of assigned projects.

Compensation Range
$97,058 - $133,455
The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
