Pennswood Village has an opportunity available for a full-time Marketing/Sales Associate. This position is responsible for conducting sales and marketing activities for our Senior Living Community.

Primary responsibilities include:

Perform lead-generating and lead-closing activities; generate new leads and move-ins from referral sources; follow up on all inquiries; conduct tours of the Pennswood campus; communicate the Senior Living concept, features, advantages, and benefits of our services to prospective residents; understand and communicate Pennswood's services, programs, and pricing structures; plan and participate in marketing events and conduct professional outreach for lead-generating purposes; establish long-term relationships with prospective residents; and utilize CRM program.
