Job Responsibilities:


As a Chemical-Technical Assistant, you will work in a pharmaceutical-analytical laboratory while adhering to GMP guidelines.

Your Tasks:

  • Extraction of pharmacologically active substances from biological matrices such as blood, plasma, and urine according to GLP guidelines
  • Analysis of samples using HPLC, LC-MS/MS, or GC-MS
  • GLP-compliant documentation of sample preparation, analysis, and results
  • Preparation of GLP-compliant documentation for archiving
  • General laboratory organization, including maintenance, ordering materials, and receiving inspections

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in technical assistance (CTA, BTA) or as a chemical technician, chemical laboratory assistant, or equivalent
  • Experience or extensive knowledge in chromatographic methods, drug release, and wet chemistry
  • Enthusiasm and interest in sample preparation from biological matrices
  • Experience in instrumental analysis using HPLC, LC-MS/MS, and GC-MS is advantageous
  • Teamwork, reliability, and commitment
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, analytical instrument software)
  • GxP experience is a plus
  • Good and proven
