    Who We're Seeking

    We are looking for a compassionate Therapist who enjoys engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and can navigate difficult conversations with care and honesty.

    Responsibilities:

    • Treat all clients and staff with dignity and respect
    • Conduct therapy sessions based on treatment plan goals and state regulations
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation
    • Participate in team meetings and reviews
    • Provide consultation for discharge and continuing care plans
    • Coordinate with the clinical team for optimal service delivery
    • Work collaboratively to ensure the best outcomes for clients

    Qualifications:

    Requirements for This Role:

    Applicants must possess a Masters Degree and relevant licensure in states such as Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
