Patient Outreach Coordinator/Patient Recruiter
- Are you an effective team player and strong communicator? Do you have a general understanding of medical terminology? Consider joining our team as a Patient Recruiter for clinical trials in Lake Forest, CA.
As a
Patient Recruiter, you are responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to patients interested in participating in research studies.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducts queries of our database based on study criteria.
- Ability to understand medical terminology
- Ability to read and understand study protocols.
- Prescreen patients over the phone to determine if they meet eligibility criteria for research studies
- Determine potential patient eligibility and schedule screening visits
- Closely manage patients screened and enrolled patients in database
- Closely managed social media advertisements and followup with potential leads
- Participates in feasibilities, and sponsor meetings related to patient recruitment.
- Completes prescreening logs and works with study coordinators to ensure goals of research studies are being met.
