We at LWL are excited to have you on our team
We are currently seeking a
business administration employee (m/f/d) to join our Finance and Controlling department at our LWL Inclusion Office for Social Participation in St.
What we expect from you:
- A completed degree in business administration
or
- A completed degree in general administration service, equivalent to a diploma in public administration or a Bachelor of Laws/Arts from the University of Police and Public Administration (HSPV)
or
- A successfully completed advancement exam for the first entry level in the general administration service
or
- A completed course for administrative specialist (VL II)
or
- Another relevant degree with connections to the abovementioned tasks
- Proficiency in statistical methods (evaluation, analysis) and a strong IT affinity
- Knowledge of New Municipal Financial Management (NKF)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Innovative mindset with the ability to independently implement ideas using methodological tools and inspire others to embrace new ideas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
