Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate.

As an Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive experience.

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating cash registers, handling money, and processing payments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing surfaces regularly
• Assist customers in finding products and making recommendations based on their needs
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cash handling and sales is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be detailoriented, organized, and able to work independently
