At our location in Ladenburg, not far from the cities of Mannheim, Heidelberg, and Ludwigshafen, we are currently seeking a Project Manager/Project Engineer Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) - Plant Construction and Infrastructure.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the technical conception and implementation of projects in the areas of rationalization, capacity expansion, safety, and innovation (basic and detail engineering), with a focus on electrical engineering.
  • You will be responsible for the selection and coordination of suppliers and technical service companies.
  • You will have functional responsibility for the management and coordination of contractors in terms of electrical engineering expertise and applicable plant standards.
  • You will be responsible for conscientiously and continuously monitoring your quality, budget, and deadline goals.
  • You will lead project teams or be part of project teams as a subproject manager.

Profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in engineering in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • You have interdisciplinary professional experience, including project management, in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food processing industry.
  • You have relevant experience in the design of technical infrastructure.
  • You have a confident, convincing personality with assertiveness, independence, and initiative.
  • You are accustomed to open communication, have good social skills, teamwork and commitment, as well as a performance and results orientation.
  • You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
