Description
Presents and sells the Bally's brand and the property, as the premiere employer of choice in the gaming/hospitality industry.- Represents Bally's Dover at internal and external recruitment functions as assigned.
- Conducts structured interviews in the field, in accordance with brand interviewing and selection strategy.
- Responsible for meeting talent retention goals and related hiring objectives.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with colleges, universities, agencies, and the community and tracks measurable outcomes.
- Coordinates and conducts group property tours (schools, universities, etc.) to attract potential talent and develop networking relationships.
Complies with all requirements of the Delaware lottery.
Verifies background information and reviews with Supervisor as needed.

- Excellent relationship building ability and communication skills.

- Good organizational and planning skills.

Work Environment:
Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Must be familiar with cloud based applicant tracking systems and onboarding, UKG preferred.
