Summary/Objective

The team manager is responsible for actively leading a team of up to 14 account managers through operational support and performance management while ensuring compliance with internal policies and government regulations.

Essential Function

• Model expected employee behavior by demonstrating dependability, professionalism, and positivity.
• Daily, analyze individual and team performance through direct observation (call monitoring, deskside sessions) and reporting.
• Coach and develop team to meet all performance expectations.
• Provide consistent feedback to account managers through ongoing dialogue, to include monthly oneonone meetings.
• Provide and document appropriate timely corrective action should account managers fail to meet performance expectations.
• Actively communicate with senior leadership, to include performance concerns and successes.
• Handle manager calls; deescalate and resolve consumer complaints.
• Serve as an effective resource to team and others.
• Participate in company meetings, initiatives, engagement activities, and leadership workshops.

Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
