Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage existing API integrations to ensure smooth operation and data flow.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the integration process.
Collaborate with the inhouse software developer to enhance and optimize existing integration codes.
Keep abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements to improve integration processes.
Work closely with our main developer to understand system architecture and contribute to future development projects.
Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, troubleshooting steps, and code changes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather integration requirements and implement solutions accordingly.
Provide technical support and guidance to endusers as needed.
Stay updated on software updates, patches, and security vulnerabilities related to integrated systems.
Assist in training and onboarding new team members on integration processes.

Qualifications:

Proficient in JavaScript and Python is a MUST
Solid understanding of API integration concepts and methodologies.
Previous experience with integration tools like Zapier and AWS.
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Selfmotivated and capable of managing daytoday tasks independently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Eagerness to stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Pay:
$ $29.00 per hour

Expected hours:
(Monday through Thursday 9a-3p) With ability to work remotely at night or on weekends if specific time sensitive jobs are required
