Description

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.

Your primary role will be to monitor surveillance systems, patrol the premises, and respond to any security incidents or emergencies that may arise.

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on site
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify any suspicious activity or potential security breaches
• Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, including but not limited to theft, accidents, or medical emergencies
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or complaints
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide assistance during investigations
• Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective measures
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including incident reports, shift logs, and visitor logs

• Proven experience in a securityrelated role, preferably in law enforcement or loss prevention
• Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment
• Excellent observation skills with the ability to quickly identify potential risks or threats
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations
• Conflict management skills to handle difficult or confrontational individuals effectively
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check
