- VP of Finance will be a strategic business partner to Senior Executive Leadership team.
- Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization, providing recommendations for short and long-term growth.
- Evaluate processes to increasing working efficiency.
- Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with company's strategic plan.
- Recruit, hire and develop accounting staff as required.
- Serve as a fiduciary/committee member
- Develop and maintain operating budget and forecasts
- Oversee preparation financial and budgeting reports
- Review and analyze monthly financial results, perform analysis of business initiatives and product changes.
- Establish and maintain financial metrics analyses to highlight areas for focus
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA experience, MBA preferred
- 20 years minimum experience with Controller or CFO experience required
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Systems implementation experience strongly preferred.
- Self-motivator that manages time well and can manage multiple demanding projects concurrently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
- "Hands On" ERP / Oracle systems experience necessary
- Domestic and international travel 10%
