As a Recruiting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Conduct employee orientations and assist with onboarding processes
Assist with employee evaluation processes and provide administrative support as needed
Support the negotiation of job offers and facilitate the hiring process
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed

Skills:

Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems
Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
