What can you expect?

You will support the plant management both administratively and operationally in daily business
You will create, maintain, and analyze statistical evaluations for plant and company management
You will prepare presentations, events, and meetings and create related documents
You will plan and register further training and seminars and keep contract management up to date
You will be the contact person for all departments of the plant and handle incoming and outgoing mail
You will check and post invoices and take on general administrative tasks
You will plan and organize employee events and gifts
