• Active -VA license Issued by The Department of Health Professions
• Active -BCBA Certification Issued by The Behavior Analyst Certification Board

• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients.
• Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crises arise.
• The BCBA then provides behavior-analytic interpretations of the results and designs comprehensive ABA treatment plans.
• The BCBA provides training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians, Behavior Technicians, and other responsible parties.
• The BCBA then supervises and monitors a client's treatment progress through data-based progress monitoring.
• The BCBA also provides training to parents/guardians and other responsible parties for the client.
• Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual sessions.
• Oversee ABA home programs and review Technician progress notes weekly.
• Running progress meetings with parents/guardians (home visits).
• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and design treatment programs for clients.
• Work with and oversee BCaBA, Registered Behavior Technicians, and Behavior Technicians to implement individualized treatment and behavioral intervention plans as per agency standards.
• Be able to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to provide the best behavioral services possible to clients.
• Attend staff training and agency meetings (onsite as scheduled to include conference calls or Google video).
• Supervises assigned: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Knowledge of medical billing for ABA and navigating insurance preferred.

• Appropriate behavioral intervention strategies.
• Learning theories and instructional methods.
• Ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Developmental processes of children, adolescents, and adults.
• Manage crises.
• Technology, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Behavior ABA software platform -Rethink.
• Correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

• Assess situations and make proper judgments.
• Understand behavioral situations and react accordingly in an ethical manner.
• Objectively analyze crises and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Experience with aggressive and self-injurious behaviors of clients.
• Communicate effectively and make recommendations to various agency staff and outside professionals, groups, or individuals.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare clear and concise reports.
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written form with a diverse group of clients, parents/caregivers, school personnel, and other agency staff
• Use a computer and behavioral software to prepare documents and maintain client records.
• Work independently and make decisions within the framework of established guidelines.
• Follow guidance from senior-level staff to enhance their professional development.
• Work with a diverse team of professionals in a respectful manner.
• Supervise clients during treatment sessions.
• Successful completion of criminal history background check & Satisfactory reference checks from Management/Supervisor.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

• Negotiable rates based on credentials, experience and residential location.
• Billable hourly rate : $60,000.00-$100,000.00
• We are open to W2 or an annual contract

• Monday-Friday availability between 9 am-7 pm

• Possessing a minimum of a master's degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field of study is preferred. Additional certification as a special education teacher, school social worker, or school psychologist in the staff is preferred.
• Have obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A minimum of 3-5years of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
