  • Actively use social media channels
  • Utilize current tools such as AI to increase your outcomes and find the best fit
  • Identify potential target clients for our top candidates

Our desired profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d), preferably in the fields of business informatics, business administration, or similar studies
  • Performance-oriented and responsible, trustworthy work style
  • You are not just an assistant, we really need you
  • Social media affinity - we no longer send resumes by mail
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people in German and English
  • You should be just as comfortable writing as you are talking on the phone
  • Previous experience in active search is a plus
  • You have the resources to support us for 16 hours/week
