Scope and Purpose:


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Handle a high volume of job requisitions and review resumes efficiently.
  • Develop, refine, and amend job descriptions and qualifications as needed.
  • Collaborate with managers to ascertain sourcing needs and strategies.
  • Implement innovative sourcing methods and establish best practices based on industry benchmarks.
  • Coordinate and schedule phone and inperson interviews for applicants.
  • Champion innovative recruitment approaches and contribute fresh ideas within the company.
  • Assist with the new hire onboarding process, including preparing and distributing onboarding materials, coordinating new hire start dates, and assisting with new hire paperwork.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by participating in HR checkins for new hires.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as delegated.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, English, or related field. PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • 35 years of HR and recruiting experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Effective timemanagement and prioritization skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently, close attention to detail.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce or other HRIS systems, a plus.

Travel:

This position may require light travel within a ten-mile radius from one office location to another as needed.
