    TRG
    is seeking a dynamic

    Project Director


    to provide Data Integrity, Research, and Evaluation services to the Department of Labor (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) Office of Job Corps (OJC).


    This position is currently on-site, and work will be performed at the customer facility at The Department of Labor (DOL) headquarters located at 200 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington DC, or at the
    TRGheadquarters in McLean, VA.

    This position is Contingent upon Contract Award

    and candidate's favorable result/outcome of adjudicated public trust suitability.

    Core hours are between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.


    Duties and Responsibilities:


    Responsible for managing the delivery of multiple best-in-class projects, providing necessary direction and guidance to achieve corporate and customer objectives.

    Manage projects to minimize risks, review contracts and fee proposals, and provide leadership to the team.


    Oversee multiple aspects of the program, from planning to completion, providing strategic direction, establishing objectives, and leading the team to achieve them.

    Monitor progress, manage risks, maintain stakeholder communication, ensure program success, compliance, and efficiency, and implement necessary improvements.


    Provide the Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Job Corps (OJC) all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide performance-related policy recommendations, WIOA reporting, data reporting, data integrity audit functions, data systems, statistical and analytical support, risk management tools, surveys, research, evaluation, and technical assistance.

    The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract while providing the following services:

    Performance Policy

    Data Analysis and Reporting

    Data Visualization and Modernization

    Data Integrity Audits

    Risk Management Dashboard

    Surveys

    Additional Research, Evaluation, and Technical Assistance

    Administrative and Project Management

    Technology Support


    Experience and Technical Qualifications:


    At least 15 years of verifiable experience in policy analysis, program evaluation, research, data integrity audits, and statistical and data analyses is required.

    Master's degree is required.
