    Description
    An employer is looking to identify a Project Management Director for the Washington DC market.

    you'll be responsible for department-related management services within an assigned geographic market, program, or client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives.

    This job is part of the Project Management function. You will be managing the projects from initiation through completion. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Direct all phases of the process for small to medium-sized clients including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.

    8+ years of Project Management Experience (Real-estate/Construction/Facilities Management)

    Excellent at communicating with client and internal employees for updates/responsibilities/accountability

    Advanced experience with multi-tasking different scale of projects working together

    Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
