    Description

    Worldwide Logistics Inc. is looking for an EDI Integration Implementation Manager. As an Integration Manager, you'll be a member of a growing full-service IT and Logistics team. With an amazing opportunity to learn while supporting a global workforce.

    Worldwide Logistics requires an EDI Implementation Specialist with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to challenges as they arise in our fast-paced, global industry. Ideal candidates should look forward to spearheading all middleware requirements within the organization. The primary duties of this position involve but are not limited to facilitating customer integrations between our customer's systems and our WMS and eCommerce partners.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    · Project manage from start to finish customer integrations between our WMS and customers

    · Works with customers and vendors to identify and analyze requirements for information systems, develop and modify project plans, solicit input from the project team, and participate in phase, milestone, and final project reviews

    · Participates in analyzing and resolving problems associated with technical issues, project resource issues, and project integration issues

    · Find solutions to common and uncommon integration scenarios

    · Creates documentation that includes process workflows, procedures, diagramming, project reports, metrics, policies, and more

    · Fosters strong vendor relationships with external and internal service providers and team members

    Qualifications and Skills Required:

    · At least 3 years industry related integration experience

    · WMS\3PL, TMS, ERP and eCommerce

    · EDI logistics system Knowledge

    · Knowledge of APIs and web services

    · Knowledge of EDI using X12, XML, CSV, or Tab-delimited files

    · Understanding of EDI WMS integration document codes 940, 943 and 945

    · Experience preferably in the manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors

    · Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Flexible, autonomous and eager to learn

    · Must be a self-starter
