    Are you ready to take your truck driving career to the next level? J.B. Hunt is on the lookout for passionate and dedicated semi-local CDL-A drivers As a Dedicated Contract Services driver, you'll enjoy the stability of consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer.

    What We Offer



    In this role, you will be compensated with an hourly rate for all hours worked, plus an exciting activity-based bonus payment. Here's a quick snapshot of your earnings:

    • Hourly Rate: $18 per hour
    • Holiday Pay: $200 per day

    Activity-Based Bonus Components


    • Cent per Mile Rate: $0.68 - $0.72
    • Stop Pay: $38 per stop
    • Outsource Pay: $100 - $325 per day
    • Safety Training: $20 per hour
    • New Hire Training Period: $250 per day
    • Average Annual Earnings: $89,000 for drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months
    • Frequent Home Time
    • Onsite Management
    • Paid Online Orientation
