    TransAm Trucking Company Truck Drivers Enjoy:
    Starting pay rate from $0.45/mile to $0.65/mile, loaded and empty* (Includes per diem)

    We reward safety early and often—starting with a raise after your first 30 days if you stay accident-free and maintain a high safety score.

    From there, pay increases are reviewed bi-annually, giving you the opportunity to grow your earnings through safe, consistent driving.**Weekly guarantee for working full schedule***Detention Pay

    TransAm Trucking Company Truck Driver Job Requirements:
    Valid CDL-A
    Must have at-least 3 months of verified over-the-road tractor-trailer driving experience
    Minimum 21-years-old
    *Starting pay is dependent on verified safe driving experience. This position includes for per diem. Terms and conditions apply. Contact TransAm for details.

    ***May be eligible for a guaranteed gross weekly pay amount for working a full schedule, not being responsible for any service failures, and no preventable accidents. Continued employment through the date of payment is a material condition of eligibility and a condition precedent to earning the incentive.
