Are you looking for an entry level management opportunity working with individuals with brain injuries, with training and opportunities to develop within a growing organization? If so, then we want to hear from you MAB is currently building our team with enthusiastic professionals with the desire to rebuild lives and grow professionally.


MAB's Adult Disability Program is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, person-centered, and progressive thinking individuals to serve as an Assistant Residential Coordinator for our residential program in Shrewsbury or Grafton.


Requirements:


  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, problem solving skills, and computer literacy.
  • A minimum of oneyear experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of human services experience required.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required.
  • Updated CPR and First Aid Certifications required, or ability to become certified immediately upon hire.
  • Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification required, or ability to become certified upon hire.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.
