    Position: Systems Engineer - Requirements Architect/Analyst

    In this role, the Systems Engineer will play a crucial part in creating architecture and system models using advanced MathWorks tools like System Composer, Simscape, and Simulink. The ideal candidate should excel in linking requirements from the Requirements Management System to the system models, ensuring seamless traceability and alignment during the development phase.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage system requirements within the Requirements Management System.
    • Identify system functional decomposition and allocate requirements to subsystems.
    • Create architecture and system models using MathWorks tools.
    • Establish a close link between requirements and system models for traceability and alignment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective implementation of requirements.
    • Participate in design reviews and provide valuable input on system architecture.
    • Support system integration and testing activities to ensure compliance with requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirements architecture and analysis.
    • Proficiency in Requirements Management Systems like Visure, Doors, Jama, etc.
    • Experience in creating architecture and system models using MathWorks tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks.
    • Knowledge of model-based systems engineering principles.
    • Certification in systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP) would be a plus.

    Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 (Experience Dependent)
