- Forecast monthly revenue
- Forecast product demand for Operations/Manufacturing teams
- Conduct monthly-close related tasks, including revenue reconciliations and commissions accruals
- Review transactional details on individual deals, including discounts, cancellations, and non-standard terms
- Facilitate affiliate sales process
- Perform margin analyses on deals to ensure profitability
- Assist with reporting of results, orders, trends, and transactional commentary
- Build sales commissions plans/quotas, and administer plans
- Provide recommendations for, and execute price changes
- Collaborate with business leadership, Sales, Operations, Services, Finance/Controllership, and Human Resources
- Proactively advise on process and efficiency improvements
- Four-year business or finance degree required, MBA a plus but not required
- 3+ years of financial analyst experience with an operating company, of which 1-2 should be in commercial finance
- Prior experience with a publicly traded company preferred
- Experience presenting to executive management teams
- Experience in fast-change environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills; ability to work across all functions
- MS Office knowledge & advanced Excel skills required
- Salesforce knowledge preferred
- Database knowledge helpful
- 10% of time
- Hybrid Office-based with flexibility as needed. Must be able to commute to one of the locations below.
