This position will play a key role in managing and coordinating all aspects of the company's tax operations.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities and risks.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned tax professional with a strong background in corporate finance to make a significant impact on our company's financial performance.
Manage and oversee the preparation and review of corporate federal, state, and local income tax returns and forecasts.Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
Manage the company's tax risk and compliance, ensuring all compliance matters are met.
Provide expert guidance on tax laws and regulations, including the impact of changes in tax laws that affect the company.
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely tax-related financial information.Lead and coordinate audits by various taxation authorities.
Negotiate tax dispute resolutions with tax authorities.
Liaise with tax consultants and advisors to ensure optimized tax strategies.
Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the management team.
Review and update the company's tax policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or a similar role in the finance industry.
Extensive knowledge of tax regulations and laws at federal, state, and local levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
