Our company maintains hundreds of properties, and we are looking to add a field technician. Entry Level is not discouraged as long as you are dedicated and teachable.


Job Details:

• Responds to all maintenance requests for property in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of tools and physical labor to complete tasks around property
• Basic Landscape
• Securing/Board Up
• Lock Changes
• Maintaining During Any Season

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$50, $90,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Day shift

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (preferred)
