About the Role:
We are looking for a Divisional Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist to join the Product Lifecycle Management team.

In this role, you will be responsible for originating and managing quality objects and other items with divisional impact in the Quality Management System while closely partnering with cross-functional teams.


This position will be located at one of our facilities in Phoenix, Arizona or Flagstaff, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Support projects with broad, divisional impact by originating and facilitating objects and items (e.g., Non-Conforming Reports, Change Orders, Observation Reports) within our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system while ensuring process steps are followed and the verbiage documented is clear, concise, and compliant with proper grammar, punctuation, and technical accuracy
  • Learn and understand new processes or systems to identify and complete tasks with a quick turnaround time
  • Create simplified procedures for complex processes and influence and guide others through change management
  • Compile data from multiple appropriate/valid sources to ensure quality object's requirements are captured and documented appropriately
  • Create working partnerships with crossfunctional teams, facilitate resolutions and quality processes, hold themselves and others accountable to agreedupon timelines
  • Provide recommendations for and drive process improvements and support simplified, scalable, and sustainable processes
  • Shift focus and manage workload based on a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Participate in regulatory agency inspections and/or internal audit activities and appropriately represent documented quality items to internal and external auditors
  • Ensure individual disciplines and processes align with team processes and expectations
  • Travel 5%

Required Qualifications:


  • Experience writing/revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and generating and executing Change Orders (CO's) with demonstrated strong technical writing skills, including developing simplified procedures for complex processes
  • Demonstrated experience developing rapport and trust with team members with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude for understanding data across systems and processes
  • Demonstrated time management and prioritization of multiple commitments with thorough followup, a track record of meeting deadlines, and holding others accountable to timelines
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problemsolving skills to make decisions
  • Project management skills with demonstrated ability to initiate, prioritize, and complete projects
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working independently and in team environments with initiative, selfmotivation, and a strong ability to be selfdirected
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand new processes and/or systems while identifying and completing related deliverables, sometimes within a tight timeline
  • Ability to be flexible and to successfully adapt to a dynamic and changing environment, often with little guidance

Desired Qualifications:


  • Experience successfully leading projects across teams
  • Experience navigating and working within Teamcenter PLM
  • Deep overall knowledge of the Quality Management System Processes and Procedures
