With our broad portfolio consisting of daily newspapers, weekly newspapers, and various online advertising formats, our account managers (m/f/d) develop customized advertising strategies for our clients that promote their success - whether it's a small bakery or a locally based bank.

Here are your responsibilities:

You advise a diverse range of business clients, from small craft businesses to large local car dealerships
As the first point of contact, you provide comprehensive support to our clients, from coordinating the appropriate advertising strategy to resolving complaints
You help our clients succeed - through targeted advertising strategies based on our broad portfolio of daily newspapers, weekly newspapers, and various online advertising formats
You work closely with internal departments, such as delivery/logistics and the digital team, to ensure our high level of customer service
You are the face of our company to the outside world and maintain long-term and trusting customer relationships on an equal footing
