    Job Description:

    What will you work on?

    As Intern for our Structural Packaging team, you'll help design and develop innovative structural packaging solutions to support worldwide product launches through a comprehensive knowledge of technology, materials and competitive analysis.

    How will you create impact?

    • Create innovative structures to ensure competitive advantage
    • Design 3D structures that compliment and protect complex products
    • Work on many projects concurrently and adhere to packaging and business schedules
    • Work cohesively and collaboratively in a team environment; to create standard engineering drawings and to have direct experience working with chip, corrugate, PET, etc.
    • Present ideas, problems and solutions to management and peers
    What are your skills and experience?
    • Available for hybrid work model, 3 days per week in office
    • Must be able to work full-time as an intern
    The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $20 USD her hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
