Your tasks

With our high school graduate program, you combine the training as a "retail salesman" with the further education as a "certified retail specialist IHK" your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager in the future
During the practical phases in the store, you will learn our business from the ground up and experience how we ensure quality, freshness, and cleanliness for a successful shopping experience
Whether it's restocking and presenting merchandise, ordering, or working at the cash register: you roll up your sleeves and give it your all
We also train you in employee management so that you can soon take over your first shift on your own
To further develop your skills, you will participate in various training courses and seminars you will also obtain the IHK trainer certificate
The theory phases take place in block lessons at an external training center (any travel/accommodation costs will be reimbursed)

Your profile

High school diploma or technical college entrance qualification (completed theoretical and practical part)
Committed work ethic and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail
