    Description

    A Customer Care Scheduling Specialist is in the Customer Service Support job family and is responsible for the following:

    • Customer support and communication including, but not limited to phone support, email support and web-based applications support.
    • Support inquiries and requests from internal departments concerning products, production, deliveries, etc.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Scheduling Team processes including but not limited to commercial and clinical trial dose scheduling, re-schedules, dose cancellations, etc.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft products, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
    • Effectively communicate new web-based features and products to customers.
    • Responds to complex inquiries and/or requests regarding products, pharmacy production, delivery, etc.
    • Completes and/or triage investigations to resolve complex problems, documenting in appropriate databases. May include working with internal team members and/or management to resolve.
    • Documents processes and procedures as required, this may include both internal and external documentation.
    • Works independently, applying processes, best practices, and/or instruction.
    • Supports the development, testing and launch of new products and/or services.
    • Efficiently utilizes various software and databases to schedule/document requests,
    • Demonstrates good work habits in the areas of time management, absenteeism and tardiness.
    • Other duties as assigned.
