    Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

    Private Duty Caregiver

    Full-Time & Part-Time Hours Available

    Benefits at 30+ hrs/week

    Pay Rate:

    $32.00 per hour

    Sign On Bonus:

    $1,500 (Full-Time Day Shift) | $3,000 (Full-Time Night Shift)

    Day Shift and Night Shift, Full-Time or Part-Time available immediately

    Ideal candidates:

    2 years of in-home health care experience
    Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
    Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
    Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)

    We are looking for part-time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses - LPN for private in-home care. Pay is $32.00 for LPN's per hour.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in the state(s) of practice
    Current hands-on BLS certification and TB test
    Valid Driver's License


    At CNS Cares, you will work in the privacy of the patient's home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care.

    This support empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.
